Introduction
By entering the Interactive Kids Amusement Arcade LLC (‘The company”) Facility, which includes the playground, trampoline area, digital zone, elevator, soft play area, coffee area, and party room (“Facility”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions for the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.

Supervision:
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Adults are responsible for the behavior and well-being of all children in their care.

Age Restrictions:
The Facility is designed primarily for children aged 1-12 years. Children outside of this age range may not be allowed to use certain equipment or areas.

Safety Rules:
a. Socks must be worn at all times.
b. No shoes or bare feet in the play and trampoline areas.
c. No sharp objects or items of clothing that could cause injury or damage to equipment.
d. No food, drinks, or chewing gum allowed in the play area.
e. Trampoline: One child at a time, no complex maneuvers like flips.
f. Digital Area: Stick to designated zones and keep safe distance from projectors.
g. Elevator: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Refrain from unnecessary button pressing.
h. Soft Play Area: Be respectful and play safely.
i. Coffee Area: Consume food and beverages only here.
j. Party Room: Access is limited to those with bookings or as directed.

Health:
Parents are responsible for ensuring their children are fit and well. Kids showing signs of illness should not enter.

Responsibility:
Parents/guardians must ensure their children follow all rules and guidelines. Failure can lead to increased risk of injury or damage.

Liability & Release:
The company and its staff are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages within the Facility. Usage is at your own risk. By entering, parents/guardians release Interactive Kids from all claims, demands, or actions arising from any loss, damage, or injury.

Acknowledgment of Risk:
Certain activities carry inherent risks. Parents/guardians, by allowing their child to participate, assume these risks.

Indemnification:
Parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interactive Kids from any liability, loss, or costs due to their child’s actions, as allowed by law.

Duration:
Session duration may be limited during busy times. Staff will advise upon entry.

Behavior:
No rough play or disruptive behavior. Offenders may be asked to leave without a refund.

Personal Property:
The company isn’t responsible for personal property loss or damage. Use lockers/storage at your own risk.

Food and Beverages:
Only food and drinks from our café are allowed unless agreed upon.

Refund Policy:
No refunds once entry is granted.

Photography and Filming:
For privacy, unauthorized photography or filming isn’t permitted. For photos, ask a staff member.

Emergency Evacuations:
Follow staff instructions during emergencies.

Updates:
The company may modify these Terms & Conditions without notice. Check entrances or our website.

By using our Facility, you agree to these Terms. Breaches may result in ejection without a refund.
